We see the same problem in Chrome - the menu mouseover does not operate, so you can't actually do anything. I made the changes noted above and have seen some improvement however my real issue is that workforceportal. I have opened service tickets with ADP and I am hoping that they can provide me with more answers but in the meantime has anyone else had "slowness" issues when processing on workforceportal. During the day it takes up to 5 mins for a user to log on.
After hours it takes 30 seconds I've found that the Flash site is much slower than the Java site and the Flash site spends most of its time waiting for data to download.
We are having slowness issues as well. One odd thing we noticed is that if our payroll people use WorkForceNow and etime at the same time it slows to a crawl, unless we have them use one in IE and the other in Chrome. It is strange, but it seems to work. ADP has not been much help with this problem. I know Etime has a Java and a non-Java, but I only know about portal.
